Description
The Monarch Dragon Fledgling is a fledgling dragon mount that can be obtained by reaching Mastery Rank 150. This mount is part of the Monarch Dragon Ascension line and must be unlocked after getting the Domed Dragoncrown helmet, and before the Master Cheep Emblem. Like all Fledgling mounts they cannot fly, players must wait until the Adult Monarch Dragon or Valkizer, King of Dragons has been unlocked.
